** Mothers with 36 – 40 wks pregnancy and postpartum t.b.c
** All recipes are suitable for all but specific instructions to add specific herbs at specific gestational age for pregnant women will be given to add extra nutritional values according to Ayurveda.
Ayurveda recognises six tastes and it’s quite important to have all of these tastes in your diet every day; Sweet *Sour *Salty * Spice * Bitter * Astringent (lentils etc). Incorporating an Ayurvedic diet into your lifestyle will at the same time improve your health (not to mention a great way to lose some weight -without even trying).
Classes are designed to include a maximum of three per class (although we can discuss this if there are more of you). One class includes a meal with all ingredients, recipes and utensils provided. Bespoke private lessons (One on One) are available (no one else will join the class) please look at specific workshops for prices or contact me directly for prices.

Please note: All cooking levels are welcome.
Cooking tips and a full explanation of the ingredients will be given during the lesson. We will provide absolutely everything and all the ingredients are available in the UK. Children are welcome too; there is no minimum age, although children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
